Just a fairly box-stock long-wheelbase Mega G+ with any hard plastic, resin, or 3D-printed body. Race Director may specify body style requirements on a race-by-race basis.

Everybody has at least one of these cars in their box.

Class Rules

Only the AFX/Racemasters 1.7 Mega G+ chassis is legal.

    1. Stock FN20 motors and electronics board only.
    2. Stock N30 traction magnets only, installed in low downforce position.
    3. Traction magnets must have a minimum height (recessed) of 0.022 when measured from the bottom of the chassis and positioned in the low-downforce configuration. Only two traction magnets total.
    4. Maximum downforce measured on a VRP magnet meter is 6.30 grams.
    5. Stock AFX MegaG+ pickup shoes only.
    6. Pickup spring tension may be altered.
    7. Stock front axle and rims only. Minimum tire diameter .375
    8. Stock rear axles and rims only.
    9. Stock 7-tooth pinion and 23-tooth crown gears only. No axle shimming allowed.
    10. Any commercially available, all-silicon rear tire is allowed. The downforce limit above is strictly enforced.
    11. Any unmodified hard plastic or resin body is allowed. All OEM windows and trim must be intact. 3D-printed bodies (MTS/Shapeways) are also permitted.
    12. Absolutely no cutting, lightening or any other modification allowed to the car’s body. Re-paints are permitted.
    13. Body types (i.e., stock car, sports car, open wheel, GTP, etc.) are to be determined on a race-by-race basis.
    14. The regulatory ground wire from the motor can to the electronics board may be removed, as well as any excess solder on the can.

Bottom line: A very stock 7/23 geared MegaG+ 1.7 platform running a hardbody. Rear tire sizes and compounds may be changed. If it is not listed above, it is not legal at Stewart Raceway.
