Description

The 50/50 Xtreme racing series was developed to promote competitive racing for both new drivers and seasoned veterans. The basic format of the series is to run both individually built and prepared car classes (Builder Class) and IROC-style car classes equally, 50% Builder class races and 50% IROC-style races.

While the goal of the series is to promote both IROC and Builder classes, it is also focused on longer, more endurance-style racing. Participating track owners can run whatever mix of cars their particular situation requires. However, the spirit of the series is to promote competitive racing and make it easier for new drivers to compete and have fun.

The events for the 50/50 Xtreme Series shall be run on both road courses and oval track layouts. On road courses, the heat/segment durations shall be a minimum of 30 laps. On Oval courses, the heat/segment durations will be a minimum of 50 laps.
