We’re taking a break in the racing action for a casual open track day next Saturday. As a reminder, SR3 supports running any car, in any lane, at any time. That means we can run TFX cars, magnet cars, and  Viper-Jets at the same time in the same session. You, the driver, set the voltage of your chosen lane at your driver’s station. Everybody can test at any voltage in each individual lane, any time, no waiting for a consensus on what cars to run.

In addition to the open track time, which is always beneficial, veteran Sportsman and Expert drivers will be available to help any interested drivers in improving lap times. Not just faster laps, but more consistent and consecutively faster laps. We’ll go over controller setups, trigger techniques, driving style, and getting the most out of a car in any given lane.

We’ll also be testing a few Super Stock level cars to determine the best rules for introducing this new class into our racing program.
